The manual's appearance is a typed manuscript on 8.5' x 11' typing paper. It was originally bound by two steel staples holding the pages into a light blue cardstock folder which can be seen at the top of the title page. The staples were removed and the manual taken apart for scanning. The pages will be stored individually in archival sleeves.

All of the illustrations, printed on glossy, heavy paper in the original manual, were collected at the back of the manual. They have been placed in a separate column to the right near the associated text for the convenience of the reader. Paselk Last modified 20 August 2010.
